Salary Range: $100,000 to $135,000, depending on experience, bonus potential |

Position Summary
The Sales Manager oversees the B2C Sales Consultant Team, driving enrollment for our Coach Training Program and ultimately revenue, optimizing processes, and shaping long-term strategy. This role is a “working manager” and serve in a player and coach capacity. This role will be both the higher-level planning and the hands-on execution aspects, by working cross-functionally with peers and other teams to shape sales policies, execute real-time decisions, and structure enrollment cycles for continued growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Mentor, train, and develop the sales consultants to create and maintain a high-performing team. Setting sales goals and objectives for the sales team and monitoring their progress.
· Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one check-ins to support team growth and engagement.
· Track team metrics, analyze trends, and adjust approach for optimal results
· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a long-term B2C sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
· Work closely with executives to define and implement sales policies, pricing structures, and compensation models cycle over cycle.
· Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and bold decision-making within the team. Collaborate with other teams to align sales, marketing, operations, and finance strategies in real-time to optimize enrollment efforts.
· Lead the development of the class schedule for upcoming training cycles, ensuring optimized timing and geographic coverage.
· Monitor market shifts, competition, and emerging trends to proactively adjust strategy and improve offerings.
· Improve internal sales processes and leverage automation tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
· Set and analyze key sales performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making and realistic forecasting.
Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2C sales
- Minimum of 3 years managing sales representatives with proven success
- iPEC Graduate highly recommended but not required.
- Must have a working manager mentality, willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations rather than solely overseeing from a distance.
- Believer and model of the consultative sales approach
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills in a remote, distributed environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement company-wide sales policies and strategic initiatives.
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into sales strategies.
- Experience in building enrollment schedules and forecasting class demand.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, working with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with keen attention to detail.
- Coaching & Development: Act as a coach. Use data metrics to inform coaching. Observe behavior and guide sales consultants to higher performance.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and practical solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging communication skills, knowledge, and expertise to resolve issues.
- Experience in compensation planning, sales operations
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, NetSuite preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and automation platforms.
