TITLE: Senior Growth and Transformation Specialist

REPORTS TO: Chief Impact Officer

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time, Salaried

HOURS: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Your Local Time Zone). Flexibility is required to accommodate client services and solutions outside standard business hours, especially when working with global clients

LOCATION: Remote, US-based applicants only

SALARY RANGE:  $110,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a high-level incentive based on results

POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

The Senior Growth & Transformation Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through the launch, sales, and delivery of Verus Global solutions. This role focuses on building exceptional client relationships by facilitating virtual and onsite coaching sessions, delivering programs, and providing ongoing resources and guidance to ensure successful implementation. By transferring domain expertise and industry knowledge, the advisor improves client business performance, strengthens organizational alignment, and develops collaborative leadership, all while collaborating with internal teams to advance Verus Global’s mission.

Success in this position requires fitness to Verus Global’s mission and values, exceptional audience engagement skills (facilitation), and the ability to understand customer needs to tailor solutions in real-time. A proven network of potential client-partners (customers) is required, alongside deep business acumen and expertise in supporting others through leadership challenges, competition, decision-making, initiative planning and strategy execution, and the critical role of relational capital in driving productivity and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Client Business Performance & Organizational Alignment

    • Advise clients using Verus Global methods (a blend of consulting and coaching) to measurably improve business performance.
    • Facilitate solutions that strengthen organizational alignment and develop collaborative leadership.

Deliver the Verus Experience

    • Build the Verus Global brand by expertly delivering skill development and mobilizing connected hearts and minds.
    • Consistently align with the company’s purpose, vision, values, and strategies.

Drive Value Creation

    • Lead the end-to-end value creation process, from lead generation to solution delivery.
    • Demonstrate expertise in consultative sales, client education, and long-term relationship management.
    • Leverage a deep understanding of leadership challenges, competition, and decision-making to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.

      Engage with Senior Executives

    • Partner with C-Suite and senior executives to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver actionable solutions.
    • Use industry expertise to create meaningful conversations that drive business outcomes.

       Account Planning & Management

    • With the support from the sales team, develop tailored account growth strategies and execute plans to expand relationships and maximize revenue potential.
    • Leverage a proven network of client partners to develop new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.

      Advisement & Facilitation

    • Provide executive-level advisement, guiding leaders through complex challenges to achieve improved business results.
    • Deliver tailored solutions, including needs analysis, solution delivery, and follow-up communication.
    • Demonstrate exceptional audience engagement skills, adapting facilitation to client needs and delivering impactful experiences.

    Collaboration & Team Integration

    • Partner with internal teams across design, delivery, marketing, and sales to enhance client success and organizational impact.

    Relationship Management & Lead Nurturing

    • Build rapport, trust, and credibility with senior executives through tailored thought partnership processes.
    • Highlight the importance of relational capital as a driver of productivity and innovation in client engagements.

 

IN YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU WILL:

  • Complete a thorough onboarding process and training in Verus Global facilitation and advisement methods.
  • Successfully deliver 10+ Verus Global programs to clients, showcasing your mastery of our solutions and approach.
  • Add and take the lead on two new logos to the Verus Global portfolio by building relationships and driving new business opportunities.
  • Shadow the Chief Impact Officer to learn best practices, gain insights, and refine your approach to facilitation and advisement.
  • Strengthen the Verus Global culture, elevate the Verus Global facilitator community and experience personal fulfillment while serving our trusted partners and clients, embodying the Verus Global mission and values.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another applicable field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in sales & account management, along with experience as a leadership development facilitator and/or corporate coaching experience strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience working and engaging with and influencing executive leaders and C-Suite teams.
  • Prior experience in professional services or fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Experience coaching diverse sets of clients in large, dynamic, and complex environments.

·       Travel Requirements - Flexibility for extensive travel (including overnight travel) required; ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.  Travel may be up to 60%, will fluctuate.

  • Well-developed pattern of achievement, contribution, execution, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity critical to success in this role.
