Location:  Remote – US Based Only

FLSA Status: Salaried, W-2 Position

Hours:  8:30 am to 5 pm EST – Business Hours

Salary Range: $100,000 to $135,000, depending on experience, bonus potential

Position Summary 

The Director of Sales oversees the B2C Sales Consultant Team, driving enrollment for our Coach Training Program and ultimately revenue, optimizing processes, and shaping long-term strategy. This role will be both the high level planning and the hands-on execution aspects, by working cross-functionally with executives and other teams to shape sales policies, execute real-time strategic decisions, and structure enrollment cycles for continued growth. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

·       Strategic Leadership & Growth – Develop and implement a long-term B2C sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth. 

·       Executive Collaboration – Work closely with executives to define and implement sales policies, pricing structures, and compensation models cycle over cycle. 

·       Cross-Departmental Strategy – Collaborate with other directors to align sales, marketing, operations, and finance strategies in real-time to optimize enrollment efforts. 

·       Enrollment Planning & Scheduling – Lead the development of the class schedule for upcoming training cycles, ensuring optimized timing and geographic coverage. 

·       Sales Team Leadership & Development – Mentor, train, and develop the to create and maintain a high-performing team.  Setting sales goals and objectives for the sales team and monitoring their progress.

·       Market & Competitive Analysis – Monitor market shifts, competition, and emerging trends to proactively adjust strategy and improve offerings. 

·       Process & Infrastructure Optimization – Improve internal sales processes and leverage automation tools to enhance efficiency and scalability. 

·       Sales Performance & Forecasting – Set and analyze key sales performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making and realistic forecasting. 

 

 

 Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2C sales, with 5 of those in sales leadership.
  • Believes in and demonstraties a consultative sales approach
  • iPEC Graduate highly recommended, but not required
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement company-wide sales policies and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into sales strategies.
  • Experience in building enrollment schedules and forecasting class demand.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, working with marketing, finance, and operations teams. 

Skills and Abilities:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with keen attention to detail and discipline.

·       Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and practical solutions.

·       Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging communication skills, knowledge, and expertise to resolve issues.

·       Experience in compensation planning, sales operations

·       Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, NetSuite preferred). 

·       Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting tools. 

·       Experience with Microsoft Teams and automation platforms.
